Within the framework of the program titled “Exemplar pilot program to transfer dual system vocational education” we prepared a professional research paper based on the analysis of self evaluation, developed a self evaluation questionnaire, and organized a competence survey.

Realization of trainings within the program titled as “Roma network improvement in the West-Trans-Danubia”.
Within the framework of the project 80 hour trainings were implemented in the counties Vas, Zala, and Győr-Moson-Sopron. Educational moduls: communication education 30 hours, civil rights and financial knowledge 30 hours, fund creation and management techniques 20 hours.

Within the framework of the lead project titled “Improvement of social services by providing supporting technological tools in the field of home servicing” research papers were created in the following subjects:
• Surveying the supporting technologies answering for old and new requirements in the social field, institutional analysis
• Analysis of the possibilities of service providing models of the tools supporting the daily lives of the physically disabled people:

1) international lookout, implementable alternatives
2) describing the local situation of the daily life supporting tools
3) review of the national situation of the daily life supporting tools
4) traversing the national needs and funds
5) recommendations for the modification of service providing

Within the framework of the lead project titled “Content and method improvement of the career orientation system” competence improvement education of 3692 people. During the trainings, organized in 281 groups, we provided education for professionals who participate in career orientation (social workers, teachers, workforce mentors, etc). The program developed a knowledge which helps them to execute their work of career orientation based on a wider knowledge.

Implementation of the project titled “Without obstruction” within the construction of the “Physical and information communication accessibility, propagating the professional knowledge and improving the accessible services”.
Within the framework of the project, we educated 251 people, most of them social professionals, in the following fields:
• Communicational helper for severely cumulated disabled people (60 hours)
• Building a communicational bridge between whole and disabled people (30 hours)
• Patients with unique service requirements in healthcare (47 hours)
• Information communication techniques serving equal rights (60 hours)

Within the framework of the project titled “Interdisciplinary youth service improvement in order to increase the equal rights of the students of the national educational system” client satisfaction evaluation (within a consortium). The goal was to measure the satisfaction of the target group within the services affected by clients, with questionnaires and focus group techniques.

Implementing the project in cooperation with the Slovakian Csemadok titled “Standing on both legs – connections through borders and resource improvement program – Stojac pevne – Program pre rozvoj cezhraničných vzťahov a zdrojov”
The goal of the program is to strengthen the social and economic integration of the areas close to the borders, increasing the cultural coherence between people and communities, supporting the cooperation of the civil and government institutes on both sides of the border.

Implementing the international project titled “Conflictman” reference number 2010-1-NO1-LEO05-01845, within the program “Livelong learning program – Leonardo da Vinci”. Our Foundation represents Hungary in this program, organized by a Norwegian applicant, other participating countries include Britain, France, Lithuania and Spain.
Goal of the program
International adaptation of the Norwegian model to decrease workplace conflicts, and workplace bullying, mobbing).
Main elements of the project:
• International – British, French, Lithuanian, Spanish, Hungarian – adaptation of the Norwegian “BFW” model
• Introducing and implementing the model in at least two companies in each country
• Observation discussion and dissemination workshops (Oslo, Budapest, Vilnius, Zaragoza)
